Another relaunch

There's a lot of ok art laying about the place and it's about time I did something about it; cleaned it up, finished anything left undone, varnished and framed it ready for its potential new home. The first of my thus refreshed works is below, called The Earth Dies Screaming.
Beyond that, I have a few things on the go, however slowly, trying desperately to resurrect my will to work, to be in the studio to forget for even a moment the ongoing trauma of executing my mum's estate (she died rather suddenly in November) on top of my continuing struggles coping with losing Sarah (counselling incoming). I am at least feeling in the right mood, I want to work, so now that the weather is starting to brighten (and as long as we aren't blown to bits on the vanity of the current resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue) I am confident that I shall have new work to post before long.
In other news, I am in the process of becoming the treasurer of PHAS - just waiting on the bank to process the necessary account changes. Getting more involved is something I feel I must do, as well as want to do, to help the old mental health so there it is, more as it happens.
Here's the aforementioned refurbished painting (you can find it on my Big Cartel shop, follow the linktree from this site's About page).
